Minahasa Lagoon


15 cottages, all with the same layout and standard, approx. 70 sqm each. 2 cottages are connected through a covered terrace, to enable one communal cottage for group stays or families, 2 more cottages, as well as almost all Resort facilities are wheelchair accessible. Each cottage comprises of a spacious bedroom, an adjoining room with a bunk bed, a large open bathroom and a broad wooden terrace complete with ocean view. All cottages are equipped with AC, ceiling fan, mini bar, tea and coffee facilities, hot water, IDD phone, possibility for internet connection, safe, hairdryer and toiletries.


You will find each meal a treat and a feast…with each course having multiple options for you to customize to taste. They offer four course meals good to the last bite.

Diving & Snorkelling:

Their PADI registered dive center is managed by European dive instructors, assisted by professional dive guides, all multilingual, where you may also obtain PADI certifications up to Dive Master Level (inclusive course finishing with your own or their instructor). In addition to diving or snorkelling in the world famous Marine Park of Bunaken, the Resort also offers excellent dive and snorkelling sites right at its doorstep where a large variety of critters and other rare specious commune. The dive centre is fully equipped with the newest Scubapro gear, latest generation of Bauer Compressors, Enriched Air (Nitrox membrane system) as well as 12 and 15 litres steel and aluminum tanks with mono INT valve (double valve and DIN adaptors available). Specially developed for divers, the traditional dive boats are comfortable and roomy and come equipped with first aid kits, oxygen tanks, toilet and fresh water for showering and rinsing off.

Minahasa has a variety of dive sites throughout Bunaken Marine Park, as well as a nice selection of House Reefs.

Pool, Bar, Beach & Beyond:

Your first stop should be their spacious private beach. You’ll find it perfect for building sand castles, swimming in the warm and gentle surf or simply soaking up the rays on readily available sun beds. Next, wander on up to their sea view, fresh water infinity swimming pool and bar area where you can visit with other divers or enjoy an after-dive libation or snack. Also facing the sea front is a heated Jacuzzi which may become your favorite location to relax with a good book and just chill out.

They also offer an air-conditioned clubhouse with a DVD library and projector, book library and reference materials specific to the local marine life and more.
